Job summary

MyProperties is a Lahore-based real estate firm seeking a Senior Property Consultant to manage client relationships and close residential and commercial deals across Lahore. You will work with high-value clientele alongside experienced consultants who have been with us for years.

You will lead lead generation, advise on buying/selling decisions, conduct site visits, verify documentation, and guide clients through token, transfer, and final payment processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Pakistani real estate industry.
• Strong working knowledge of DHA Lahore's property market.
• Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Professional and presentable in client facing situations.
• Punctual and reliable with a consistent daily work routine.
• High ethical standards with a track record of honest dealing.
• Rigorous follow up discipline.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION

This is a commission based position with no salary component and no cap on earnings. Commission structure will be discussed during the interview.
