Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of PM experience in technology/software.
• Certifications like PMP or Scrum Master are a plus.

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead software and technology projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical project management background, exceptional leadership skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of software development projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, resolve roadblocks, and communicate status updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in the technology/software industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
