Job summary

Interwood Mobel Limited is seeking a Lead for Stock Retail projects to drive end-to-end planning, monitoring, and execution of KDW and retail orders. The role focuses on production follow-up, dispatch management, and delivering quality on time, with exception reporting to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Plan and oversee production schedules for stock-based projects.
• Track orders from booking to readiness and align dispatch with sales.
• Coordinate with design, MRP and sales to resolve timing or material issues.
• Monitor IPNS and customer orders to inform production planning.
• Identify bottlenecks and mitigate risks in production and dispatch.
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare exception reports to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with stock, production and sales teams for closure.
• Produce monthly dispatch plans for stock and non-stock items.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production orders from booking to readiness and align dispatch with sales.
• Develop and maintain production plans, including material timelines and dispatch readiness.
• Resolve design or material issues with Design/MRP/Sales to keep production on track.
• Coordinate with production teams to meet project timelines and flag bottlenecks.
• Work with Sales & Stock to fulfill orders for manufactured and imported items.
• Create monthly dispatch plans for stock and non-stock items, including imports.
• Oversee dispatch activities to ensure timely, quality-compliant deliveries.
• Generate progress and exception reports with corrective actions.
• Assist in optimizing project performance and customer satisfaction.
