Job summary

Murkez Technologies in Pakistan is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to support automotive operations. You will collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure orders are entered accurately and deliveries, payments, and schedules are tracked diligently.

Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, monitoring payment status, maintaining precise order records, and providing timely updates on delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, procurement, business administration, operations, finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, order management, or related operational roles; automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Experience coordinating orders, suppliers, deliveries, and payments end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in placing and processing customer orders accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure orders and deliveries progress on schedule.
• Monitor payment status to ensure payments are completed within agreed timelines.
• Track order fulfillment and delivery schedules from order placement to final delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of order status, payment status, delivery dates, and locations.
• Provide regular updates to Sales and Operations on order progress, delivery dates, and locations.
• Identify delays or issues and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Follow up on outstanding actions to ensure commitments are met.
• Maintain organized procurement and order-related documentation and records.
• Support reporting related to orders, payments, deliveries, and outstanding items.
• Perform other procurement and operational coordination activities as required.
