Qualifikationen

• Qualified CA with training completed.
• Qualified ACCA with 3 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end review, evaluation, and finalization of PPAs and SLAs.
• Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and counterparts to enable timely execution of PPAs/SLAs.
• Analyze tariff structures, capacity obligations, performance guarantees, payment mechanisms, force majeure, and termination clauses.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable terms while protecting company interests.
• Develop and enhance SOPs, governance, and controls to ensure PPA/SLA compliance.
• Monitor compliance with PPAs/SLA and identify risks with mitigation strategies.
• Maintain a repository of contracts and compliance requirements.
