Job summary

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience in power/energy sectors, with strong SAP/ERP, Power BI and Excel skills, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Post‑qualification experience in financial planning and performance management.
• Experience in asset, inventory and project governance.
• Familiar with regulatory coordination and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Business Planning, Performance & Reporting
• Manage Generation budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis and financial performance monitoring
• Prepare periodic and ad‑hoc management reports, dashboards and business insights
• Monitor O&M costs and performance trends for improvements
• Oversee outsourced operations financial matters including contracts and invoicing
• Benchmark against industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Support cost‑benefit analyses and performance enhancement initiatives
• Review plant performance for improvement
• Asset, Inventory & Project Governance
• Oversee fixed asset lifecycle management and governance activities
• Manage inventory optimization and control across Generation facilities
• Coordinate project financial closure and post‑implementation reviews
• Ensure data integrity for asset, inventory and project records
• Regulatory, Audit & Compliance Management
• Act as focal point for regulatory matters and data requests
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely resolution of observations
• Enhance internal controls and governance processes
• Provide timely responses to management and regulatory queries
• Process Improvement, Stakeholder & People Management
• Lead reporting enhancements, automation and digital transformation
• Collaborate across Plant Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Management
• Mentor team members and promote accountability and continuous improvement
• Support department objectives through planning and execution
