Job summary

K Electric Gmbh is seeking a senior finance professional to support Generation Revenue and Tariff. You will manage PPAs, revenue models for all plants, and regulatory submissions, coordinating with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and Plant teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

The role requires CA/ACCA or Finance degree with relevant experience, strong negotiation and data analytics skills, and the ability to implement robust SOPs and controls.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with training period completed, Qualified ACCA with 3 years of experience or a Bachelors’ Degree in Finance / Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end review, evaluation, and finalization of Power Purchase / Service Level Agreements, ensuring alignment with commercial, financial, legal, operational, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely execution of PPAs/SLA.
• Analyze key contractual provisions including tariff structures, capacity obligations, performance guarantees, payment mechanisms, force majeure, and termination clauses.
• Lead commercial negotiations with counterparties and authorities to secure favorable terms while safeguarding company interests.
• Develop and enhance SOPs, governance frameworks, and controls to ensure PPA/SLA compliance.
• Monitor compliance with PPAs/SLA and mitigate contractual risks to minimize exposure.
• Maintain a repository of documentation and compliance requirements for effective contract management.
