Job summary

JamKam Traders in Sialkot is seeking a Senior Operations Manager – Manufacturing & Supply Chain to own the full cycle from vendor orders to shipment. You will plan production, secure semi-finished goods, and manage in-house finishing, QC, and packing, while building repeatable systems, trackers, SOPs and an ERP.

You will lead the Export Manager, floor supervisors and QA, set KPIs, drive on-time delivery, vendor performance, and explore ERP options with AI-enabled reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain.
• 3 years in export manufacturing across production planning, BOM and costing, vendor management and team management.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Build the production plan and an order tracker with due dates for vendors and stages.
• Plan capacity against order load and commit realistic ship dates.
• Place purchase orders, follow up deliveries and control stock.
• Create and maintain the BOM and spec sheet for every product.
• Agree vendor rates and keep a record of all purchase prices.
• Set QC checkpoints from inbound batch to final pack and analyze rework/root causes.
• Write, train and audit SOPs for every floor process.
• Lead the Export Manager, floor supervisors, QC and office team, and set and review their KPIs.
• Report on time delivery, vendor performance, rework and capacity to the Cofounder.
• Evaluate, recommend and implement an ERP, and automate reports using AI and advanced Google Sheets.

Our client Jamkam Traders is looking for a Senior Operations Manager - Manufacturing & Supply Chain in Sialkot

About JamKam

JamKam Traders is a Sialkot based manufacturer and exporter of forged hardware. Production runs through vendors and contract workers, with finishing, quality control and packing done in house.

The role

You will own the full cycle from vendor order to shipment. That means planning production, getting semi finished products and materials in on time, controlling in house finishing and quality, and handing every order to dispatch on its committed date. You will also build the systems that make this repeatable, including trackers, SOPs and an ERP. You report directly to the Cofounder and are expected to work without being chased.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain
• 3 years in export manufacturing across production planning, BOM and costing, vendor management and team management
• Fluent spoken and written English. The interview and the practical exercise will be conducted in English

Preferred

• Strong hands on AI skills. You already use AI tools to build trackers, automate reports or speed up planning, and can show us an example
• Six Sigma Green Belt
