JOB SUMMARY:

Supervise the administrative issues of the assigned department and responsible for the day to day smooth operation of the department. Responsible to run nursing services department efficiently and effectively. Main function is to ensure that proper nursing care is given to the patients by the nursing staff in a professional manner and up to the standard quality.

• Address patient and attendant concerns promptly while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless and effective patient care.

• Develop, implement, and maintain nursing policies, procedures, clinical guidelines, and departmental documentation to support quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership, hospital administration, and the Quality Assurance Department to achieve departmental objectives, improve operational systems, monitor KPIs, and participate in regular review meetings.
