Job summary

The Senior Network Engineer will support and maintain network infrastructure services for Mashreq Pakistan Digital Retail Bank (DRB) and Mashreq Global Network (MGN) Pakistan operations. The role is based onsite in Karachi and the primary local network engineering resource for office users, branch connectivity, datacentre connectivity, and remote workforce services.

Working closely with the Group Network Team and regional technology teams, the incumbent will provide Level-2 operational support,

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in routing, switching, WAN, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, security and datacentre networking.
• Strong experience in incident troubleshooting, change implementation and network lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level-2 operational support for network infrastructure and services.
• Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate changes with regional teams and vendors.
• Deliver network projects and ensure secure, resilient connectivity for banking infrastructure.
• Support office users, branches, datacenters and remote workforce on onsite basis.
