Job summary

Mashreq Pakistan invites applications for an Assistant Manager - Network Engineering, based onsite in Karachi. The role focuses on supporting and maintaining network infrastructure services for DRB and MGN Pakistan.

Job Description

The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining network infrastructure services for Mashreq Pakistan Digital Retail Bank (DRB) and Mashreq Global Network (MGN) Pakistan operations. The role is based onsite in Karachi and serves as the primary local network engineering resource supporting office users, branch connectivity, datacentre connectivity, remote workforce services and critical banking infrastructure.

The incumbent will work closely with the Group Network Team and regional technology teams to provide Level-2 operational support, incident troubleshooting, change implementation, project delivery, vendor coordination and network lifecycle management. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in routing, switching, WAN, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, security and datacentre networking technologies to ensure secure, resilient and highly available network services.
