Job summary

The Senior Network Engineer will support and maintain network infrastructure services for Mashreq Pakistan Digital Retail Bank (DRB) and Mashreq Global Network (MGN) Pakistan operations. The role is based onsite in Karachi and the primary local network engineering resource for office users, branch connectivity, datacentre connectivity, and remote workforce services.

The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining network infrastructure services for Mashreq Pakistan Digital Retail Bank (DRB) and Mashreq Global Network (MGN) Pakistan operations. The role is based onsite in Karachi and serves as the primary local network engineering resource supporting office users, branch connectivity, datacentre connectivity, remote workforce services and critical banking infrastructure.

The incumbent will work closely with the Group Network Team and regional technology teams to provide Level-2 operational support, incident troubleshooting, change implementation, project delivery, vendor coordination and network lifecycle management. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in routing, switching, WAN, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, security and datacentre networking technologies to ensure secure, resilient and highly available network services.
