Job summary

HR Navigator in Lahore is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer (MERN) to own feature development from frontend to deployment. The role demands 5–6+ years of professional experience and hands-on MERN expertise. You will work across MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, building scalable applications, APIs, and integrations, with emphasis on performance and security.

Onsite work at Model Town. Compensation ranges PKR 350,000–450,000 per month, with competitive benefits and room for growth

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on MERN stack experience.
• Experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js.
• Proficient in JavaScript/ES6+ and API design.
• Experience deploying with AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar cloud platforms.
• Ability to work with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
• Design, build, and maintain secure and scalable REST APIs.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data security using JWT, OAuth, RBAC and related practices.
• Build reusable UI components with React.js.
• Develop frontend logic and integrate with backend services.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs (payments, notifications, payroll, identity verification).
• Optimize performance, queries, and cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver features.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain clean coding standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bottlenecks.
• Take ownership of features from concept to deployment.
