Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of workplace harassment and employee grievance complaints.
• Receive, acknowledge, assess, investigate, document, and resolve complaints within reasonable timelines.
• Assist senior management in compiling inquiry reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure records, with access restricted to authorized personnel.
• Assist Legal Division in cases under litigation and present cases before the Competent Authority.
• Investigate retaliation complaints involving employees, witnesses, or other participants.
• Provide information to Compliance, Audit, and other divisions when required.
• Prepare management reports and maintain an updated database of grievance and harassment cases.
• Analyze trends, risks, and resolutions; escalate significant observations.
• Review and improve Anti-Harassment and Grievance policies in alignment with laws and market practices.
• Coordinate SBP, Management Audits, and Compliance Reviews; address audit observations.
