Qualifications

• 5+ years of international sales experience (US market strongly preferred).
• 2+ years of proven success in sales leadership (mentoring teams).
• A strong track record in B2B sales with moderate to complex deal structures.
• Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in pipeline management and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Resourceful in fast-paced, ambiguous market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed commercial revenue goals through a team of Account Managers focused on growing and retaining existing commercial accounts.
• Set and optimize pipeline targets (inbound and outbound), aligning KPIs with revenue objectives.
• Drive execution of Motive's sales methodologies, partnering with sales operations for CRM alignment, training, and coaching.
• Guide the team on prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing upsell or cross-sell deals within existing accounts, achieving quotas.
• Implement and maintain disciplined pipeline planning and accurate forecasting with leadership input.
• Oversee use of Motive's product suite and reinforce best practices in negotiation and value positioning.
• Coach Account Executives through call reviews and strategy sessions to continuously improve performance.
• Provide leadership with clear forecasts and trend analyses, identifying growth opportunities and risks within Commercial.
