Raqami Islamic Digital Bank Ltd. seeks a Senior Manager – Transaction Monitoring System (TMS) to lead the AML/CFT monitoring function, detect and investigate suspicious activity, and strengthen the bank's control framework.

The role involves enhancing monitoring rules, thresholds, and dashboards while ensuring SBP compliance and effective risk management. The successful candidate will oversee STR processes, coordinate with technology teams for system upgrades, and build a high-performing TMS

Qualifications

• Experience leading AML/CFT monitoring in banking.
• Exposure to sanctions, regulatory expectations, and FATF standards.
• Proven ability to manage investigations and escalations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage TMS operations and monitoring framework.
• Oversee review of alerts and investigations.
• Escalate suspicious activities and ensure proper documentation.
• Tune monitoring rules, thresholds, and controls.
• Ensure SBP AML/CFT compliance and internal policies.
• QA reviews of investigations and case management.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Ops, Tech and Business.
• Oversee STR and internal escalation processes.
• Analyze AML/CFT trends and update monitoring accordingly.
• Coordinate with Tech on system upgrades and automation.
• Develop compliance MIS and monitoring dashboards.
• Support audits, regulatory inspections and testing.
• Monitor regulatory changes and training initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing monitoring team.
