Raqami Bank is seeking an experienced Fraud Investigation Lead to oversee fraud monitoring, detection, investigation and incident response. You will proactively identify suspicious transactions, account abuse, digital banking, card and payment fraud while ensuring timely investigations and robust prevention controls.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience in Fraud Risk Management or related fields.
• Hands-on NCCIA, BMP and LEA case handling experience.
• Experience with fraud monitoring systems and analytics.
• Exposure to Digital Banking, Cards, Payments and Financial Crime.

Aufgaben

• Lead fraud monitoring and investigation across bank products and channels.
• Act as SME for NCCIA, BMP and LEA inquiries and investigations.
• Review alerts, investigate suspicious activity and coordinate response actions.
• Identify fraud trends and weaknesses, and strengthen controls.
• Maintain case records, evidence repositories, and MIS for senior management.
• Coordinate with Technology, Operations, Cards, Digital Banking, Compliance and Risk teams.
