Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience with production and development support.
• Excellent analytical skills.

• Hands-on experience with ATM channels.
• Desirable knowledge of ATM channels (REST / SOAP).
• Good cards acquiring business knowledge & understanding ATM Channels & Digital channel.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with minimal escalations from business and third-party stakeholders.
• Plan and estimate project work, keeping the plan up to date.
• Track and monitor project progress per plan and SLAs.
• Provide solutions for business requirements and minimize defects through the project lifecycle.
• Lead 24x7 support for ATM and Digital channels.
• Monitor system performance and proactively report issues and provide solutions.
• Support service tickets and perform root cause analysis; fix bugs as needed.
• Lead the team to resolve complex issues.
• Identify system improvements and simplify system complexity.
• Identify revenue opportunities and provide constructive suggestions.
• Lead development and compliance mandates.
• Plan and provide support on cards acquiring system maintenance activities.
• Build proper backups for the team.
• Proactively ensure testing of desired functionality.
• Ensure changes are tracked throughout the project.
• Report project status to Team Lead and customer with status reports.
• Participate in and ensure reviews for all deliverables (code, docs, test plans).
• Conduct project meetings.
