Seismic is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Operations to lead day-to-day IT operations for India's offices with hands-on delivery and people leadership.

This role blends systems administration ownership with mentoring across IT staff, reporting solid-line to the Sr.Director, IT and the India GM in a dual structure. You will drive security, incident response, automation, and local hiring within budget, while aligning India execution with global IT strategy and standards.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of hands-on IT systems administration, infrastructure, or end-user support experience.
• 3+ years leading or mentoring a technical team.
• Experience with identity/SSO (Azure AD), MDM (Jamf/Intune), ITSM (Freshservice).
• Experience in a US-headquartered multinational India office is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication under time pressure.

Aufgaben

• Serve as final escalation point for IT issues across India offices.
• Own day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, incident response, and end-user support.
• Directly manage India-based IT staff across systems and helpdesk.
• Partner with Sr.Director, IT and global leads to align local execution with global strategy.
• Own local hiring, performance management, and workload prioritization within budget.
• Drive IT security posture and compliance in collaboration with global leadership.
• Identify automation and self-service improvements to reduce manual work.
• Provide clear, timely updates to global IT leadership on health and risks.
• Represent India IT in regional and global operating rhythms.
