Job summary

Actemium Avanceon is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the development of technically compliant, commercially competitive solutions for complex industrial automation and system integration opportunities across the Middle East.

The role involves leading bids from technical understanding through proposal development, costing, and submission support, while mentoring Proposal Engineers and coordinating with regional teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

BS Electrical Engineering / BS Electronics Engineering / BS Mechatronics Engineering required.
Minimum 8 years of relevant proposal, solution design, estimation, and technico-commercial experience.
Experience leading bids and developing technically compliant, commercially viable solutions for industrial automation and system integration.

Responsibilities

Lead technical proposal development for assigned opportunities.
Develop proposal execution plans in coordination with Bid Manager and Regional Delivery Manager.
Break down tender requirements into technical work packages and assign tasks to Proposal Engineers.
Define internal proposal milestones and monitor progress against deadlines.
Prepare/review technical proposals, compliance statements, system architectures, BOMs/BOQs, and vendor scopes.
Ensure consistency between technical scope, BOM, vendor quotations, services, and commercial costing.
Lead and mentor Proposal Engineers and support cross-regional coordination.
