Job summary

Avanceon is seeking a Solution Architect to develop technically compliant and commercially viable solutions for complex industrial automation and system integration across the Middle East. The role leads bids from technical development through costing, proposal preparation, and submission support, collaborating with Regional Delivery Managers, Sales, OEMs, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

BS Electrical Engineering, BS Electronics Engineering or BS Mechatronics Engineering required.
Minimum 8 years of relevant proposal, solution design, estimation, and technico-commercial experience.

Responsibilities

Lead technical proposal development for assigned opportunities.
Develop proposal execution plans with Bid Manager and Regional Delivery Manager.
Break down tender requirements into technical work packages and assign to Proposal Engineers.
Define internal proposal milestones and monitor submission deadlines.
Prepare and review technical proposals, compliance statements, system architectures, BOMs/BOQs, scope matrices, interface matrices, clarifications, deviations, exclusions and vendor scopes.
Ensure consistency between technical scope, BOM, vendor quotations, services and commercial costing.
Review proposal quality and completeness before submission.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Proposal Engineers and cross-region support.
