Qualifications

Education: BS Electrical Engineering / BS Electronics Engineering / BS Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant proposal, solution design, estimation, and technico-commercial experience.

Responsibilities

Lead Solution Architecture & Technical Design for complex bids and opportunities.
Develop complete and optimized technical solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Define system architecture, control philosophy, communication architecture, redundancy, and third-party interfaces.
Select technologies, hardware, software, and OEM platforms; identify gaps and risks.
Prepare clarifications, assumptions, deviations, exclusions; ensure technical completeness and commercial viability.
Lead technical proposal development and define execution plans with Bid and Delivery managers.
Break down tenders into technical work packages; assign tasks to Proposal Engineers.
Manage cost estimates, BOM/BOQ development, vendor quotes, and risk provisions.
