Job summary

PARCO, a leading energy conglomerate, is seeking an experienced Lead HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business objectives across divisions. You will drive workforce planning, budgeting, organizational design, and performance management while partnering with senior leadership.

With 10+ years in HR, including 5+ years as HRBP or HR Generalist, you will influence stakeholders, manage analytics, and guide organizational change in a dynamic, industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 16 years of education in HR/Management or related field from a recognized university.
• MBA/HR qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years HR experience, including 5+ years in HRBP/Generalist roles.
• Strong expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and talent & succession planning.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in HR analytics, employee engagement, change management, and HR governance.
• Oil & Gas/ energy sector experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership across divisions to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, budgeting, position management, and org-structure reviews.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring, internal mobility, and workforce optimization.
• Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Advise leadership on employee movements, organizational change, and HR policies.
• Develop HR dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decisions.
• Ensure HR governance and coordination with centers of excellence and shared services.
• Support HR transformation initiatives and continuous improvement across divisions.
