Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional Full-Stack experience.
• Strong Node.js/Nest.js expertise.
• Proven React.js/Next.js development experience.
• Proficient TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• 5+ years React Native and mobile development.
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS or DigitalOcean).
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture decisions across Node.js, Nest.js, React.js/Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
• Design, build, and maintain secure REST APIs, authentication, and authorization systems.
• Lead cloud deployments and scalability initiatives.
• Mentor developers through code reviews and guidance.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of features from concept through production.
• Establish development standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Evaluate AI coding tools to improve speed without compromising quality.
