Job summary

Navigatorhr in Lahore is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer – Mobile & Web to lead the technical direction of our platform, spanning frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations.

The role requires 9+ years of experience, expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, React.js/Next.js, TypeScript, and hands-on mobile development with React Native. You will mentor, collaborate with international stakeholders, and own features from concept through production.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Strong experience with Node.js, preferably Nest.js.
• Strong production experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• 5+ years of React Native experience and mobile development (iOS/Android).
• Experience with cloud deployment platforms such as AWS or similar.
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor developers.

Responsibilities

• Own and contribute to architecture decisions across Node.js, Nest.js, React.js/Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
• Design, build, and maintain secure REST APIs, authentication, and authorization systems.
• Work with JWT, OAuth, and RBAC.
• Design and optimize data models across SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Lead cloud deployments and scalability initiatives.
• Mentor developers through code reviews and guidance.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
