- Proven delivery of major financial platform or banking projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ people.
- Senior role such as Project Manager, Delivery Manager or similar.
Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of major financial platform and banking technology projects.
- Develop project plans, milestones, budgets and governance.
- Monitor progress, quality, cost and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, operations, risk and finance.
- Lead platform operations, maintenance and incident resolution.
- Engage with CEO, senior management and external stakeholders.
