Job summary

Karandaaz Pakistan seeks an experienced Technical Delivery Manager for Digital Payments to provide technical leadership across large-scale programmes. You will drive architecture reviews, technology options and risk management while coordinating with vendors, regulators and internal teams to deliver impact.

Ideal candidates will have 8–10 years in digital payments/digital financial services, strong API and integration knowledge, and outstanding stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional experience in digital payments, banking technology, fintech or financial services, including experience delivering complex technology implementation programmes.
• Experience managing complex technology implementation programmes involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Knowledge of payment systems, digital banking platforms, enterprise integration technologies or large-scale technology platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle for large-scale digital payments initiatives.
• Review and challenge designs, architectures and implementation approaches from vendors and partners.
• Identify risks, dependencies and issues; develop practical mitigations and roadmaps.
• Coordinate across multiple vendors, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and senior management.
