PwC Pakistan is recruiting a Manager in Audit & Assurance to lead day‑to‑day engagements for financial services clients, including banks and asset management entities. You will deliver technology‑enabled audits, uphold PwC standards, and ensure effective stakeholder communication.

The role requires CA qualification with at least three years post‑qualification external audit experience, and strong IFRS/ISA knowledge.

Qualifications

Qualified CA with post-qualification audit experience in financial services preferred.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISAs and Pakistan regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to lead audit engagements and manage teams.

Responsabilités

Manage assigned audit engagements from planning through completion.
Develop understanding of client business models, risks and controls.
Assess significant risks and judgments, including credit losses and regulatory matters.
Apply PwC methodology and regulatory requirements to audits.
Lead testing of controls and coordinate with IT, actuarial and tax specialists.
Ensure documentation supports conclusions and audit opinion.
Manage budgets, milestones, and client communication with engagement leader.
Coach and review junior staff; provide feedback and development support.
Support proposals, client presentations and business development activities.
