Job summary

PwC Pakistan is seeking a Senior Manager in Assurance to lead a portfolio of complex audits across diverse sectors. You will set engagement direction with partners and directors, supervise teams, and ensure quality and independence in all deliverables.

The role emphasizes client relationship management with CFOs and audit committees, regulatory interactions, and the development of staff while driving market initiatives and growth of PwC Pakistan’s assurance practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant and member of ICAP.
• Minimum six (6) years of post-qualification external audit experience.
• Experience leading complex audits across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex audits and assurance engagements.
• Set engagement direction with partners and directors; manage risks.
• Oversee critical auditing issues including impairment, expected credit losses, and independence.
• Maintain relationships with CFOs, audit committees and boards.
• Direct and develop managers and engagement teams through coaching and feedback.
• Support regulatory interactions and quality reviews.
• Contribute to proposals and market initiatives.
