Job summary

The Value Core, a corporate finance advisory firm, is seeking a Financial Modeling professional based in Karachi to support engagements across Riyadh and London. The role demands advanced 3-statement modeling and end-to-end ownership of complex models.

You will lead, build, and review transaction-grade models, including DCF, valuation, and sensitivity analyses, and mentor junior modelers while collaborating with the senior team on advisory engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial modeling experience.
• Advanced 3-statement integrated financial modeling.
• BBA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
• DCF and valuation modeling with WACC and sensitivity analysis.
• Strong forecasting, scenario, and downside-case modeling.
• Ability to build and review detailed operating models and debt schedules.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Experience in transaction advisory / corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead the build of advanced 3-statement models.
• Own DCF and valuation modeling including WACC.
• Lead forecasting workstreams with scenario analyses.
• Build and review operating models and debt schedules.
• Build models from scratch and ensure integrity.
• Review and mentor junior modelers.
• Lead transaction advisory and corporate finance engagements with the senior team.
