Finance-related degree or accounting qualification.
4–6 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Power BI.
Ability to interact with stakeholders and senior management.

Responsibilities

Understand FP&A cycle and KPIs within a year.
Analyze large data sets to provide leadership insights on performance and profitability.
Develop financial models for different scenarios to assess impacts of changing levers.
Translate complex data into clear insights, trends, and recommendations for leadership decision‑making.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to build, enhance, and automate analytical models for forecasting.
Support Operations with various reporting and analytical requirements.
Collaborate with GDS, Experience Management, Talent, and Markets teams for accurate financial input.
Develop effective working relationships with the extended Finance and Tax leadership teams.
Participate in FP&A improvement initiatives and information-gathering activities.
Be the go-to person for analysis and financial modelling.
