Job summary

CureMD Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT projects from concept to delivery, ensuring success on scope, schedule, and budget. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, establish goals, and drive execution using Agile practices.

A proven track record in delivering software initiatives and coaching teams is required. You will coordinate with Product Owners, PMO, and IT stakeholders to foster transparency, manage risks, and continuously improve delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer, Engineering, Management Sciences or related field.
• 9–10 years of software development experience in Agile environments.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with SAFe exposure preferred.
• Experience coaching Agile teams, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum teams and ensure effective Agile delivery.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to maintain a healthy backlog.
• Coach teams to improve velocity, quality, and predictability.
