Job summary

Anam Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. (Anam Socks) is seeking a Senior Manager - Factory Operations to drive production performance, operational efficiency and coordination across our socks manufacturing operations.

You will lead production planning, KPI tracking, WIP management and oversee supplier and client relationships while ensuring on-time shipments and continuous improvement. This leadership role requires a strong background in textile factory operations and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the textile industry.
• Experience in factory/production operations and team supervision.
• Strong understanding of production planning, KPIs, WIP management and factory operations.
• Strong computer skills and hands-on ERP experience are mandatory.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Proven ability to manage and drive performance through department supervisors.
• Strong vendor and client relationship management.
• Proactive, disciplined and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Drive and monitor production KPIs, targets and overall factory performance.
• Coordinate with department supervisors to ensure production plans and timelines are achieved.
• Monitor WIP and ensure smooth flow throughout the production process.
• Identify bottlenecks, delays and performance gaps and ensure timely corrective action.
• Coordinate between knitting, QC, printing, packing, dispatch and other departments.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely availability of materials and services.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure requirements and delivery commitments are followed through.
• Track order progress and ensure shipments are completed on time.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly KPI and performance reports.
• Work with management and supervisors to continuously improve productivity and operational efficiency.
