Job summary

Anam Socks is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end socks production operations, ensuring smooth, efficient and timely execution. The role focuses on production planning, KPI tracking, and cross-functional coordination to meet delivery targets.

The candidate should have strong ERP experience, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on ability to manage WIP across departments, driving productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced textile environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in textile/socks manufacturing or a similar production environment.
• Strong understanding of production planning, WIP management and factory operations.
• Strong computer skills and hands-on ERP experience are mandatory.
• Ability to use ERP systems for production tracking, planning, WIP monitoring and reporting.
• Strong Excel/data analysis skills.
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Hands-on, disciplined and results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete production flow from knitting to finished goods and shipment.
• Ensure daily and monthly production KPIs, targets and delivery timelines are achieved.
• Monitor and control WIP across departments.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Printing, Packing and Dispatch teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and ensure smooth flow at every stage.
• Track daily production performance and follow up on delays or shortfalls.
• Ensure orders are completed and shipments are ready on time.
• Assist in improving productivity, efficiency and production planning.
