Mashreq NEO CORP is seeking a senior Enterprise Architect to define and govern the end-to-end technology architecture across infrastructure, data, AI/ML and platform domains. This role partners with data teams, security, and development units to design an integrated ecosystem that accelerates digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in infrastructure, data, or platform engineering/operations with architecture leadership.
• Demonstrated experience defining enterprise-wide infrastructure, platform, data and AI architectures in hybrid environments.
• Expertise in at least 2 domains from: data platforms, AI/ML platforms, integration, security/zero trust, cloud, container platforms, compute/storage/networks.
• Familiarity with AIX, RHEL, Oracle DB, Dell EMC, Pure Storage, Data Domain, Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoint.
• Experience with DevOps, Platform Engineering, and observability tools; IaC (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).
• Strong understanding of security governance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise target architecture across infrastructure, platform, integration, data, and AI.
• Establish guardrails for standardization, data quality, AI readiness, automation, integration, and security by design.
• Provide enterprise‑level architectural direction for platforms and advanced capabilities.
• Drive modernization across cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments for analytics and AI workloads.
• Collaborate with data architects to ensure highly available, governed data platforms.
• Ensure decisions support regulatory compliance for data governance, security, privacy, and residency.
• Lead evolution of enterprise infrastructure for scalability, AI compute, storage modernization, and cybersecurity.
• Oversee lifecycle of virtualization, container platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes), cloud services, storage, and databases.
• Guide selection/implementation of infrastructure and cloud technologies enabling AI acceleration.
• Develop capacity planning, business continuity, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Translate business outcomes into scalable, future‑proof architectures with stakeholders.
• Lead cross‑functional architecture reviews aligned with roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects and engineers.
• Maintain documentation including roadmaps, standards, and guidelines.
