Mashreq seeks a seasoned professional to head the independent Project Quality Assurance capability within the Transformation Office. You will ensure technology projects align with Mashreq Project Management Methodology and governance, driving an AI-enabled, risk-based assurance model that delivers compliant by design outcomes and transparent senior management insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project or program management and Project Quality Assurance in regulated environments.
• Experience reviewing complex technology projects against governance frameworks and stage gates.
• Familiarity with AI, automation and analytics to improve project governance.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the PQA framework, standards and escalation thresholds.
• Lead risk-based quality reviews across the project lifecycle and ensure compliance by design.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Leads to prioritize reviews and validate concerns.
• Assess governance and delivery health through evidence-based reviews of plans, RAID, dependencies, testing and readiness.
• Define KPIs, dashboards and management reporting for portfolio-level visibility.
• Develop and adopt AI-enabled agents to automate PQA reviews and escalation.
