Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (16-year education) in social or natural science from a reputable university.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in educational development/management.
• Experience in managing educational development projects and day-to-day operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SPSS, Excel; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the project in day-to-day activities.
• Support financial and HR management of the project.
• Coordinate with AKU-IED units and university departments.
• Lead capacity-building programmes and ensure timely deliverables.
• Supervise support staff and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Interface with UNICEF and government stakeholders on programmes.
• Assist in reviewing educational materials and knowledge products.
• Organize meetings, seminars, and policy dialogues.
