Aga Khan University - Institute for Educational Development (AKU-IED) invites applications for a Manager/Assistant Manager role under a grant-funded contract of eighteen months. The incumbent will support the project leadership, manage day-to-day activities, and coordinate with UNICEF and government stakeholders to advance educational development initiatives.

• Master’s degree in social or natural science from a reputable university.
• 5–7 years of management experience in educational development.
• Experience in managing development projects with education focus.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English & Urdu communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute project activities and events.
• Provide day-to-day project management support.
• Support financial, HR, and procurement aspects of the project.
• Coordinate with UNICEF and government education departments.
• Lead MER team in documentation and reporting.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely deliverables.
• Conduct field visits and stakeholder meetings.
