Job summary

HRSI is seeking a Senior Director, Revenue for a leading client, based in Lahore. The role requires 10+ years in sales or commercial leadership and 5+ years leading multiple teams, with a proven revenue growth track record. Preference for candidates with direct US sales experience and strong English communication.

Title is flexible (Senior Director or Vice President). The candidate will interact with US leadership and vendors, shaping strategy and deal execution.

• Track record of growing revenue with numbers to show.
• Experience selling to US customers or leading such teams preferred.

Job description

HRSI is looking forSenior Director, Revenue for one of its leading client.

• 10 or more years in sales, revenue or commercial leadership, with at least 5 years managing multiple teams and managers at once
• A track record of growing revenue that you can show with numbers
• Experience selling to US customers, or leading teams that do. Direct US-based work experience is strongly preferred
• Comfort owning a number and being held to it
• Experience in IT hardware and software resale, distribution, MSP or VAR, or B2B e-commerce is a plus but not required
• You can work at the strategy level and the deal level
• Strong written and spoken English. You will be in daily contact with US leadership, customers and vendors
