Job summary

JazzWorld is seeking an Expert Digital Communications professional in Islamabad to lead the creation of high-impact social media content across Digital Pakistan, technology news, and creator-led formats. You will own the content engine, manage a network of creators, and translate complex tech topics into engaging stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in social media, digital content, creative communications, publishing or platform management.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing social-first content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube.
• Experience managing content creators, agencies, production partners or cross-functional creative teams.
• Strong portfolio of digital campaigns, short-form video, trend-led content or creator-led work.
• Experience covering technology, business, innovation or digital economy topics.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas and campaigns for social media platforms, aligned with the company's strategy, narrative and brand identity.
• Contribute to the editorial and content direction of Digital Pakistan across technology news, emerging trends, innovation, AI, fintech, digital platforms and Pakistan's digital economy.
• Build and manage an always-on content calendar that combines planned campaigns with timely, trend-led content.
• Manage a network of content creators, assigning briefs, guiding execution, reviewing output and ensuring consistent quality and delivery.
• Develop user-generated content formats and creator-led campaigns designed to increase relevance, participation and organic engagement.
• Translate complex business and technology topics into accessible, engaging and platform-native stories.
• Write and edit social media copy, video scripts, reels, explainers, interviews and other short-form content.
• Work closely with designers, editors, agencies, internal teams and external partners to take content from concept to publication.
• Monitor social media trends, conversations, formats and platform developments to identify timely content opportunities.
• Ensure all content meets brand, editorial, governance and external communications requirements.
• Track content performance and use audience insights to continuously improve formats, topics and distribution.
