Job summary

JazzWorld, Pakistan's largest digital operator, is looking for an Expert Digital Communications professional to lead social-first content across Digital Pakistan and related platforms. You will translate tech and business topics into engaging, platform-native stories, manage creators, and drive an always-on content calendar.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to publish high-quality content, monitor trends, and improve reach, engagement and audience participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media or related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in social media, digital content, creative communications or platform management.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing social-first content across multiple platforms.
• Experience managing content creators, agencies or cross-functional creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas and campaigns for social platforms.
• Contribute to editorial direction across technology news, trends and digital economy.
• Build and manage an always-on content calendar across campaigns and trends.
• Manage a network of content creators, briefs, and quality review.
• Create user-generated content formats and creator-led campaigns.
• Translate complex topics into accessible, platform-native stories.
• Write and edit social media copy, scripts, and short-form content.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and partners to publish content.
• Monitor trends and identify timely content opportunities.
• Ensure content meets brand, governance and disclosure standards.
