Smart Working is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen security, reliability, and scalability of an AI-powered platform used by enterprises and universities. You will drive secure-by-design practices, embed security across the dev lifecycle, and enable fast, reliable software delivery in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in DevSecOps or related role.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen AWS infrastructure, including ECS and EKS.
- Own automated tests and validation checks ensuring SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
- Identify and flag security compliance issues with engineering teams.
- Embed security thinking throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Improve security, reliability, and scalability of platform infrastructure.
- Deliver infrastructure solutions independently with minimal oversight.
- Collaborate with software engineers to enable secure-by-design delivery.
- Make sound technical and infrastructure design decisions while iterating quickly.
- Take full ownership of infrastructure initiatives and long-term platform stability.
