Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to own security posture across AWS and Kubernetes, lead vulnerability management, and drive security for agentic AI systems. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with SRE and QA to build scalable security automation.

Responsibilities include threat modelling, security reviews, and implementing IaC baselines. This is a full-time hybrid/remote-friendly position with strong impact in a rapidly growing region.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years hands-on security engineering in cloud-native environments.
• Deep AWS security expertise (IAM, GuardDuty, EBS encryption, EC2/Beanstalk hardening).
• Strong Kubernetes security knowledge (KSPM, container escape risks, runtime detection).
• Familiar with Cloudflare WAF, bot management, TLS, and traffic analytics.
• Experience with DDoS simulation and cross-functional coordination with SRE/QA.
• Experience with agentic AI security and MCP server security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive cloud security posture across AWS environments and CSPM/KSPM controls.
• Lead vulnerability management programs, patching pipelines, KPI reporting.
• Conduct security reviews for agentic AI systems and workflows.
• Publish security guidelines and build automated tooling for security at scale.
• Drive threat modelling and security assessments across product verticals.
• Build/verify IaC baselines and auto-remediation concepts.
