The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in design, animation, and video editing, with a strong eye for visual storytelling and brand communication. This role calls for a creative mind skilled in design, motion, and storytelling, bringing ideas to life through compelling visuals that strengthen the Abacus brand and engage audiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Visual Development

• Create visually engaging designs for digital, social, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop layouts, illustrations, and brand assets consistent with Abacus creative direction.
• Maintain high design standards and ensure brand consistency across all materials.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for campaigns, social media, and digital platforms.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan, storyboard, and execute creative video projects.
• Translate creative briefs into impactful visual concepts and stories.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation.
• Combine design and motion to create cohesive, engaging brand experiences.
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketers to deliver unified creative output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Provide creative input and support to cross-functional teams.
