Disrupt seeks a Senior Animator/Motion Designer to move ideas into engaging visuals. You will own end-to-end animation—from concept and motion design to editing and final polish—across multiple startups and campaigns.

You’ll collaborate with the Creative Manager/Director to shape the animation language of venture launches and brand stories. You’ll use After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, and AI tools to accelerate creativity, while pushing visuals from concept through to final polish.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in animation, motion design, or creative production.
• Portfolio demonstrating storytelling, timing, and polish.
• Expertise in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with 3D integration (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.).
• Knowledge of AI creative tools (Runway, Midjourney, etc.).

• Utilize AI tools to speed up and enhance creativity.
• Develop motion templates, style guides, and systems for consistent visuals.

• Stay current on motion design trends in tech and brand storytelling.
• Bonus: storyboard ideas and asset design to support narratives.

We’re looking for a Senior Animator / Motion Designer who can make ideas move — literally. You’re a craft‑obsessed creator who can take a brief, visualize it, and bring it to life through stunning motion. You understand timing, rhythm, and how animation can turn complex ideas into emotional, unforgettable visuals.

This is a senior hands‑on role for someone who thrives in fast‑moving creative environments and can own the animation process end to end — from concept and motion design to editing and final polish.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Manager / Creative Director to define the animation language of our venture launches and campaigns, helping shape stories that feel as real as they are bold.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Animation and motion design across multiple startups and campaign launches under Disrupt Labs.
• Create high quality 2D for product explainers, walkthroughs, launch films, ads, and social content.
• Bring concepts and scripts to life through expressive, emotionally resonant movement.
• Edit, composite, and polish motion sequences using After Effects, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Work with the Creative Manager/Director, designers, and copywriters to translate ideas into motion that tells a story.
• Use AI-powered creative tools (Runway, Luma, Kaiber, Seedance, Midjourney, Kling, ElevenLabs, etc) to enhance speed and creativity.
• Develop motion templates, animation systems, and style guides for consistent visual identity across ventures.
• Integrate 3D elements into motion design using Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent tools.
• Stay current on motion design and animation trends in tech, AI, and brand storytelling.
• (Bonus) Illustrate and storyboard ideas to help visualize narratives before animation begins.
• (Bonus) Design assets and visuals that complement animation direction and campaign look.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in animation, motion design, or creative production.
• A portfolio that showcases mastery in animation from pacing and timing to storytelling and polish.
• Expert in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong compositing and editing skills.
• Working knowledge of 3D animation or motion integration (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.).
• Strong understanding of animation principles — easing, anticipation, rhythm, and flow.
• Ability to visualize concepts through storyboards or sketches (preferred, not required).
• Familiar with AI creative tools (Runway, Pika, Kaiber, SORA, Midjourney, etc.) and open to exploring more.
• Detail‑obsessed and fast‑moving — you deliver with precision, but you also know when done is better than perfect.
• Collaborative, curious, and adaptable — you thrive in startup-style creative environments.
• Bonus Skills: Illustration, storyboard design, or concept visualization.
• Experience with sound design, audio editing, or motion-driven storytelling.
• Familiarity with Lottie or interactive motion graphics for web and product.
