Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Business/Data Analysis, CRM, or enterprise apps.
• Senior/Lead/Principal level experience on complex enterprise initiatives.
• Experience gathering, documenting, validating, and managing business, functional and data requirements.
• Experience creating BRDs, functional specs, process flows, use cases and user stories.
• Facilitating business workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Excellent stakeholder management across regions and units.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, CRM/customer data solutions, data governance.
• Strong understanding of customer and account data relationships.
• Ability to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements.
• Experience defining KPIs, success criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• End-to-end delivery lifecycle support including discovery, design, UAT, rollout.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; data relationships.
• Prioritization, MVP definition and backlog management.
• Effective communication with business and technical teams.
• Experience in multinational environments and cross-country programs.
• Knowledge of graph databases and Graph Intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to identify Customer 360, Key Account, and Graph Intelligence use cases.
• Define and document user personas, processes, workflows, KPIs, and expected outcomes.
• Create BRDs, functional specs, flows, use cases, and user stories of high quality.
• Analyze relationships across customer, account, asset, product, contract, finance, service data.
• Support definition of capabilities for KPIs like loyalty, Share of Wallet, cross-sell, retention.
• Manage stakeholder feedback during design, development, UAT, rollout, adoption.
• Prioritize use cases based on business value, feasibility, adoption, and alignment.
• Support product roadmap planning, MVP definition, backlog refinement, prioritization.
• Assist in business cases, value hypotheses and measurable outcomes for analytics investments.
• Contribute to reusable enterprise-wide data products and continuous improvement.
