Job summary
Devsinc, LLC is seeking a Lead Business Analyst - Data Management & Analytics to bridge business needs with data/tech delivery. You will lead BA activities for data-driven initiatives, translating requirements into BRDs, data requirements, and acceptance criteria while ensuring data quality, governance, traceability, and regulatory alignment.
You will partner with business stakeholders, data owners, data engineers, governance teams, and developers to validate data outputs and drive governance,
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Management or BI.
- Experience with UAT and stakeholder validation.
- Experience with data governance, metadata, and data-quality concepts.
- Experience in banking or regulated environments is preferred.
- Professional certifications in Data Management or BA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering with business stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
- Translate requirements into BRDs, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Define business rules, calculation logic, validation criteria, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with data engineers and governance teams to ensure data quality.
- Support analytics, dashboards, and management reporting.
- Coordinate with delivery teams and manage issues and risks.
