Job summary

Devsinc 17 seeks a Lead Business Analyst – Data Management & Analytics to bridge business needs with data delivery. You will lead requirements, data rules, and delivery plans, working with data owners, engineers, and governance teams to ensure the solutions meet business outcomes.

You will define BRDs, document data definitions, validate outputs, and support UAT, governance, and regulatory compliance. Strong SQL, BI tools, and stakeholder facilitation are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements across business and technical teams.
• Experience with regulatory/data-management frameworks such as NDMO and PDPL is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering activities with business stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
• Translate business requirements into detailed BRDs, functional requirements, data rules, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Define data-quality rules and validation criteria; work with data transformations and reporting solutions.
• Validate data outputs against approved requirements and expected outcomes; perform root-cause analysis for data issues.
• Support UAT, stakeholder validation, and knowledge-transfer activities.
