Job summary

Datamatics-Global-Services-Ltd in Gothenburg, Sweden, is seeking a Principal Data Business Analyst - Customer 360 & Graph Intelligence to drive enterprise-wide data capabilities across customer, account, asset, product, and contract data.

You will bridge business and technology, gather requirements, define use cases, KPIs, and MRDs, and lead workshops, with a hybrid work model and immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in BA, data analytics or CRM domains.
• Experience at Senior/Lead/Principal level on complex initiatives.
• Strong requirements gathering, validation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into clear technical requirements.
• Facilitation of workshops and stakeholder interviews across functions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document Customer 360, Key Account and Graph use cases.
• Define personas, processes, workflows, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Create BRDs, functional specs, flows, use cases and user stories.
• Analyze relationships among customer, account, product, contract data.
• Support roadmap, MVP, backlog, and capability prioritization.
• Manage stakeholder feedback throughout design, UAT and rollout.
• Prioritize use cases by value, feasibility and alignment.
• Assist in business case development and measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to reusable enterprise data product strategies.
• Coordinate with product, engineering and data teams.
