Ideal candidates possess UK-educated LLB with optional LLM, strong drafting skills, and a track record in SaaS, data privacy, and cross-border transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing regulatory obligations under U.S. and international laws.
• Strong understanding of contract law and governance matters.
• Familiarity with corporate formalities including board resolutions.
• Experience with fundraising activities (e.g., Series A, Venture Debt, Convertible Notes).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate preparation and filing of annual financial and tax returns.
• Draft, negotiate, and amend SaaS licenses and data licensing agreements.
• Identify government incentives to improve financial performance.
• Project manage incorporation of international affiliates.
• Draft intercompany agreements and board resolutions for international entities.
• Ensure compliance with OECD Guidelines and data privacy laws.
